Ari SchindlerARTIST. ENTREPRENEUR. PROVOCATEUR. Ari Schindler is an experiential artist, whose work intersects community, technology, and social constructs. Unlike traditional artists who create static works such as paintings, sculptures, or films, Schindler creates organizations and events that take on lives of their own. Some of his most well known works are the Golden Cafe (an ephemeral cocktail lounge and live music venue), the Black Rock French Quarter (a reimagining of New Orleans in the Black Rock Desert), Risky Business (a private club for vaccinated members, during the pandemic), and now The Table (a hundred foot long dining table that brings people together over food and drink). Ari has always lived at the frontier of business and culture, with a career spanning artificial intelligence, educational software, mixology, nomadic living, immersive physical events, persistent worlds, virtual reality, augmented reality, blockchain mumbo jumbo, and collaborative narratives. Schindler earns his living helping extraordinary clients to develop products and processes for long term success. For lack of a better diversion during quarantine, Ari declared himself the Duke of Upper Hollywood and Protector of Burbank, and as such, he continues to lead volunteer efforts to improve his realm. Ari is a man of limitless talent, singular modesty, occasional success, and a questionable willingness to write about himself in the third person. |
